New in town and ordered directly from Chang Thai website. From time of order, it took 2 hours and 4 minutes to receive the food and part was missing. An hour after ordering, the restaurant called for clarification on extra chicken which wasn’t even included in our food. Drunken noodles had very little meat even though we paid extra for shrimp to be added. Some of the food was missing. From start to finish, the service at Chang Thai was exceptional. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind, answering all of my questions with patience and efficiency—something that feels increasingly rare these days.
