Cashier was very unprofessional with service and the food order was wrong. After asking for a refund the cashier and cook came out to argue about the order. Owner wanted me to wait for him to get there and “talk” more about it? No one took responsibility for the order being wrong.

Every time I come here, they say they're out of something. French fries cheddar cheese etc. How do you run out of the most basic items? The owner needs to hire a new manager. This definitely wouldn't fly at any other location that I've experienced in other states. Or I guess this is the new standard of 2025 here at this establishment.

We were waiting for someone to come out and take our order for about 20 mins. Guy comes out and says give me 10 mins to a lady that told him she had an online order, they hadn't even made her order. He goes back to the back and hides. Comes back out 10 15 min later to start her order. We were not that far. Notices he came out and we were walking to go back and guess what? He went back to the back and hid again. So we finally just walked away. Noticed he came out as we were walking around the mall and he was watching us. Went back to the back as we got closer. Hire some real employees that want to work. The people are just lazy.

ever since they reopened this establishment has been horrendous. the food is always wrong, they forget utensils, straws, and even drinks. they dont tell you if they’re missing an ingredient, THEY JUST DONT MAKE IT. and wait for you to ask about your order. the employees literally have ripped clothing and im sorry but are not clean. my family and i have banished this specific charley’s and will never order there again without some significant changes made. extremely disappointed in this establishment AND the sunset mall for allowing this to happen.

The people they have working here are so rude not friendly at all. Have no Sense of urgency to help you when you walk up to the counter! Everyone needs to be wearing hairnet. I know that’s some food violations right there. The girls just have their ratty hair hanging low all over. Just gross y’all work with food. Staff needs better training for sure!

Food is great but cashier was sitting in the back vaping and scrolling on her phone for 10 minutes before taking orders while continuing to scroll on her phone, very annoying and unprofessional

Trash they suck bad now. Had to wait at the counter since no one was there. When the guy finally showed up he was annoyed, kept sighing amd interrupting me. Definitely won't be going back.
I would advise caution when eating at this establishment. I discovered a maggot in my strawberry watermelon drink and informed the staff. When I asked for a bottled water as a replacement, they said they didn’t carry any. I then requested a fountain drink, only to be told that only one option was available. Throughout the conversation, the employee was giggling and made no effort to address the issue, leaving me feeling dismissed rather than helped. This was our first time returning to Charley’s since they were shut down but needless to say I will not go back.

I don't know about the rest there, but the kimchi gochujang sandwich is very delightful! The kimchi had great flavor and was crisp. The gochujang was wonderful. I'll be back!
