We love both the Cobb salad and the spicy Southwest salad. I tried the avocado lime ranch dressing and it was delicious. My husband and I both enjoyed our salads.

This was definitely the slowest Chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to (over 30 minutes from placing our order to actually receiving it). The manager (I’m assuming) was very nice and the food was okay I just don’t know that I’d take the time to park and go in and expect a fast experience. I also thanked the nice girl for my order and she said “yep!” instead of “my pleasure” and I gasped in horror ? (kidding).

Great place to eat! We had some issues with their dumb app rewards. They should really design a better user experience with ordering using rewards. Currently, you select your rewards, process them on the app, order your food separately, and then scan your rewards and hope everything matches. If it does not match, it could be due to a weird way the food was rung up or because the customer misunderstands what they selected on the app.In any case, I expect a much better customer experience from such a pro customer business. CFA, let me know if you need some help. I own a business consulting brands on improving their processes. I am happy to offer some free advice if it means a more efficient ordering experience since I order from you so much.
