The service was friendly. We ordered a blooming onion, regular burger and a blooming burger. Side was salad. The meat was cooked perfectly. The bun was dripping with grease. There was an extremely small slice of tomato, and I had to look really hard for pickles and lettuce. No onions to be found. I will say the blooming onion was good and so was the salad.

Went last night to have a Presidente Margarita , in the past they have been made to order. The one i had tasted like crap , the bartender apologized and did explained they have changed the recipe .What the hell Chili's get it together, having the Longhorn Steak house built is gonna put y'all out of business. Y'alls food and service has gone to crap over the years.

We showed up with 11 Teenagers on a school trip. They sat us right away and out service and food was excellent. They didn't aff a mandatory gratuity for the large party and we happily left a generous tip for their fast friendly service. Its nice to have well behaved kids, but even nicer when establishments give you the chance to prove it. Thank You!!!

We eat here all of the time— unfortunately I think tonight is quite possibly the final straw. I ordered from Ubereats and the items in our dinner are missing or ruined. It appears the salsa was packed upside down at the bottom of the bag, and it has leaked everywhere. My order is missing mashed potatoes, the salsa isn’t salvageable because it’s all over the place, and my chicken fajitas are missing both beans and tortillas. We usually dine-in and can address this kind of thing at the table, but this is completely unacceptable for a to-go order, regardless if it was delivered via ubereats. I contacted ubereats and they can only apply a $5 credit. That’s significantly less than the food I am missing/spilled. I called Chili’s and was told that it essentially wasn’t their issue to address due to ordering through ubereats. As a weekly customer, I can’t say we will be coming back again after this. With this much wrong with the order, it isn’t an ubereats issue— it’s the restaurant’s problem.

Celebrated Mother's Day a day earlier. On Saturday, and guess what? Other families were in there doing the samething. Trying to avoid crowded restaurants. The atmosphere was great, and food was hot and tasty. I enjoyed this special occasion.

Not good. I couldnt bite through the chicken I had ordered the appetizer that came with 3 options. I got sliders which were super undercooked more than a norm, egg rolls and chicken sliders that seemed dried out and we'll I just couldnt bite through it.

I ordered nachos tonight at chilis , they came out and were burned! My hubby sent them back. They waited 15 minutes and brought the same nachos back out to me again and said they were on the house! WTH? Bad customer service! They didn’t even try to fix it! Won’t be going back here again! SHAME ON YOU CHILIS in San Angelo! You used to be my favorite place!!!!

Chili's is my family's go-to for a good meal at a reasonable price point. We usually come multiple times a month. The 3 for me is a bargain, and it is always fresh and delicious. The service is always friendly and top notch. We will be Chili's fans for life! 🌶
