So I ordered food from base and a friend of mine went and picked it up. When you brought it back the amount of food was extremely skimmed and I'm guessing because they didn't have to look at a customer and was busy and it was convenient to throw a couple scoops in and send it on its way. Also the drink I ordered wasn't with my food. However, I called them and they said to come back in when I could and I did and the lady that I talked to definitely made it right....

Finally got off work late and drove all the way to this spot since it's always been my fave location. Walking in felt like being greeted by family! Huge shoutout to Monica—you can tell she's all about supporting her staff and making every customer feel special. After a long day, this was exactly the vibe I needed to end on a good note. Thanks, Monica!

Only reason why I rated 2 stars because the food was super cold.
The manager so super amazing with the customer service and reimbursement for the dissatisfaction of food. I just wish they would let customers know before ordering food 30-40 minutes before closing that food is no longer hot and ready to serve.
