Rosa's Cafe Reviews
Had the Nacho salad. It was yummy. Fast service and great atmosphere to eat in. It was an enjoyable family supper.
I recommend this Rosa's!
Last night we were passing by late heading back to Abilene and stoped in here right before closing. Wish I got the young man's name, but he was so friendly and courteous, greeted us when we walked in the door. We felt bad about going late but he reassured us no worries, so friendly when he gave us our food, and when we were leaving!
The food was excellent as well!
This restaurant is a joke. Ordered Sopapillas, they had us pull to the front and we waited over 20 minutes and no one ever brought us our order. My husband went in and all the employees were standing around. he asked about our order and they said that it still wasn't ready. He said never mind. No one offered him a refund. Sent an inquiry through their website and got a call from the manager. He offered no refund. He said next time you come in, I'll have a gift card for you....read full review

Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory is a well-known spot in San Angelo celebrated for its great Tex-Mex food. Customers enjoy dishes like Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas, tacos, cheese enchiladas, and beef fajitas nachos. The Carrot & Chocolate Cake remains a must-try dessert. Prices are reasonable, and the service is often excellent. While the food is generally delicious, some customers have reported issues with their orders, especially when using the drive-thru, such as missing items like cheese or tortillas. Recently, some have mentioned that the drive-thru service is very quick, with food often received within 2 minutes after payment. However, complaints about incorrect orders have surfaced, particularly regarding the #55 no beans extra rice dish, which has been served incorrectly. Customers have noted that the restaurant can be short-staffed, leading to longer wait times during busy periods. Despite these issues, Rosa's continues to attract many visitors, offering a tasty Tex-Mex meal worth the trip. The restaurant is always clean and beautiful, especially at night with red neon lights and decorative Mexican decor. Customers appreciate the nice wide open spaces, a variety of toppings to choose from, and the rare availability of Fanta Red Cream Soda. Overall, Rosa's is a go-to place for a satisfying meal, even if some items like hard taco shells may not always meet expectations.
