I previously left a good review. Now I am changing it. You should not refuse service at the counter and force people to use the kiosk. It’s rude and lazy. Did not order. Left and went to a restaurant that has customer service skills.
Customer service was good food was not made to par the nacho fries I got where undercooked and I barely got any nacho cheese that’s the best part is the damn cheese was very disappointed when I got home and I knew I should of checked my food before leaving cause this always happens at Taco Bell so

Service was great. The gentleman at the window was professional and friendly, but after spending $13 on a Cantina Burrito meal, I get this sorry excuse of a burrito. This thing is thinner than my index finger and barely has any chicken. Complete waste of money.
