I was walking around the mall with my daughter and we were approached with an offer for a sample. Although we had never been there before as we are just visiting here, we decided to give it a try. After trying the sample, my daughter enjoyed hers, but I was less impressed with mine. When I asked for another sample to try a different flavor, I was denied because they needed to save samples for others.
I believe that this approach is not the best way to gain customers. I was interested in potentially making a purchase if I found a flavor that I liked. Denying me an additional sample came across as cheap. The samples were small and insignificant, and providing an extra sample would not have impacted them greatly. In fact, it may have led to a purchase.
I suggest adopting a different business mindset and focusing on customer satisfaction. I recommend reading the book "Give Them the Pickle" for insights on how to provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.

I haven't been back in a long time because of how I was treated the last time. But this time the lady in the morning called me over to try a sample of their ice cream slush(omg sooo delicous) she treated me like we were old friends from school lol I felt welcomed. She also suggested I try her pretzel pizza.....I have been back 3 times in the past month. I highly recommend coming and checking out what they have to offer now. It felt like a completely new store. Very refreshing!!

Walked up and the older lady was on her phone after I was at the stand for a couple minutes. At first she was polite until I was trying to have a conversation about of of her employees. She immediately blew me off after I said I wanted dipping dots. She continued to ignore me until I called her out about helping someone else. Will not recommend anyone to go here. Pretty sure she is the owner and is highly unprofessional.

The owner needs mental help. She is super nasty to her employees in front of customers, she ignored my husband and I when we came up to order, instead of helping us who were in line first ignored us and went straight to the other customers who walked up after us. She doesn't seem to be all there. She made a scene in the mall attacking another kiosk employee she definitely isn't mentally okay. And people are getting sick from the food she sells.

Horrible. I never write reviews, but I have to on this one. The workers there seem friendly and personable. However, it’s the owner who made me give this place 1 star. The salesman who was getting my dippin dots was yelled at by the owner for doing his job right in front of paying costumers! The dippin dots weren’t even that good.

The owner is highly disrespectful would not suggest anyone to come here! Plus she had a sign up for $1 ice cream one scoop for every kid 12 and under and she wouldn't give my brother one and he is under 12 for a matter fact he is 3 about to be four.
