Tried Froyo and Sweets for the first time just to check it out, and I was impressed. The place was clean, nice, and had a good vibe. One of the workers, Lexi, was great super quick, friendly, and talked with everyone while I was there including myself. Overall, really good experience. I’d definitely recommend this spot. 10/10.

After having a nice dinner next Door at urban salt we thought we would pop in for some yogurt.

First time being there and would be our last time. Four out of the flavors were out or broken. The flavor of the Salted caramel was horrible. The clerk was very nice and the place was clean. Just not your average yogurt shop. I’m used to.

My family and I arrived 20 minutes prior to closing, and the single employee - a young lady with long black hair - rolled her eyes and didn’t speak to us when we arrived.
She was already gathering up the napkin holders from the tables outside. Once we decided on our flavors, the machines were empty. I tried 4 machines/flavors and my husband tried 2 or 3. I asked the employee if she had turned the machines off and she told me the majority were empty. Seems like common decency to tell us that as we entered. Typically we would have left without purchasing anything based on the horrible customer service alone, but our daughter had been asking to go here for months. We bought our daughter’s yogurt and went to sit at the tables outside. This employee approached us and told us we couldn’t sit there because she was bringing the tables in. It was still 15 minutes until closing!!!! She couldn’t have found any other closing duties to do for the few minutes we were going to sit there?

UNACCEPTABLE customer service - this place will never get another penny from my family - we will NEVER return! After leaving FroYo & Sweets, we drove over to our tried and true LATEST SCOOP! The point of this review is DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME at this establishment, and instead, grab the best icecream in town that appreciates every customer that walks in the door instead. The extra calories are worth it!

FroYo & SWEETS, you are in business because of your customers. Train your employees on customer service and hold them accountable!

Does every business in this town just not know their own hours? They are not open at 11. Fix it

The froyo here is to die for I’m currently pregnant and froyo is one of my biggest cravings I’m from Dallas so we have a place called sweet frog and I was really happy to find somewhere here like that related. The only thing I wish is that they can make cheesecake bite crumbles to go on top of the strawberry and cheesecake fro that way it makes it have that crunch to it. Other than that the staff was really nice. The restaurant was really clean Atmosphere to be in definitely will be back my froyo was $11 $12.06 after tip

Awesome spot!

There are only like 3 flavors of froyo out of the 10 they offer because they are “out of service”

Edit: Reply to the owner, this wasn't because "vanilla and strawberry" weren't being served you only had 3 flavors available when I came in around 12:00 on 3/2/25 which was Chocolate, Cheesecake, and Irish Mint. I'm not going to be gaslit about froyo lol

Edit: in response to reply to my original review. Most restaurants and food places have integrity and will make something right when the item you ordered is bad (whether making a new one, letting you order something else or not have you pay for it and take it back). If chocolate tasted as rancid as the chocolate frozen yogurt your shop provides most people wouldn’t eat it. I absolutely love Chocolate and have never tasted one so bad. What I mean by bad is there was definitely something wrong with it.

They do not have sample cups to at least try before you buy and with have gluten sensitivities there are not many options. The vanilla wasn’t working at all it was just liquid. The only one I could get was the chocolate and I love chocolate. It tasted horrible. We waited for the girl to come back up front so we could let her know hoping maybe she could offer something. However not even I am sorry about that. She could see that I had taken at most two bites. She went over and wiped the nozzle for the chocolate and just keep being busy. We left the cup on the counter and left. My husband had chocolate in his as well he ate the cookies and cream and birthday cake but he said the chocolate didn’t taste good either. He finished and threw away the chocolate.
We will never go back.
