Angelo Nutrition is the best place to pick up shakes, teas, and some food. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and the owners are very polite and welcoming. The shakes & teas are delicious, filling, and huge, always tasting amazing. Customers always feel energized after a visit. Favorite shake is the chunky monkey with crushed pecans on top. The banana peanut butter shake is incredible, only 200 calories, and loaded with protein. The place serves the best healthy meals and offers canisters of shakes/teas to make at home, which helps with meals for health conditions like fatty liver disease. It is a very family friendly environment with the sweetest people who connect on a personal level. Easily the best spot in San Angelo for healthy shakes and energy drinks. Highly recommend for healthy, tasty options in town.
