I almost always order on the app and pick up at the drive-through at this location. I have had a few minor mistakes on my orders, but the employees are always very apologetic and correct it. Overall, I am very pleased with the customer service I have experienced at the drive-through. My family and I have always been greeted by a polite, friendly person who seems to actually care about doing their job well. I can overlook a few mistakes and happily give my support to this restaurant...

So it was $14 for a sandwich, then you charged me $2 more to add cheese! Really? The sandwich was good but it wasn’t that good.
