Well I didn't even know that this deli was operating under Laredo Taco Co. Because it is inside the Stripes store I assumed it was a Stripes deli. I usually buy my barbacoa elsewhere but they were sold out. So I bought my pound of barbacoa here. It was good and done well. They sell a buffet of Mexican food and the young ladies were very friendly and helpful.
