Aweful management
Got 3 out of 5 pizza I order wrong made me drive 20 miles bring all back kids ate out of couple boxes as they were hungry manager took all boxes to back up not replaced 2 boxes that were not touched and refused give me the other 3 boxes that kids ate out of bavk stated sorry in trash…, I paid for 5 pizza ended up with 2. No compassion no refund. Too young to be a manager
While I was there 4 other customers had complaints
try cutting the pizza, boy am i pissed
Man, if the pizza wasn't so good and cheap I wouldn't go back.
But it never fails, they always have an attitude. Like you are bothering them for showing up and ordering a pizza that is suppose to be already ready. The pizza is always amazing! But the service sucks.

Little Caesars Pizza is a quick and affordable option for a meal, though the quality can be hit or miss. The large pizza and Italian cherry bread with marinara are a good value, but the pizza can sometimes have too little cheese or sauce. The location near Westlake Ace is consistently better, with fresh and great food. However, the main location often has young, inexperienced staff, leading to poor customer service and undercooked wings. Recently, customers have noted issues with wait times for hot and ready pizzas, which is a key part of the business model. The Bryant St location is a drive-through and walk-in pick-up only, with no inside dining, but the crew is noted to be on top of everything. Overall, it's a decent fast food option, but customers should keep their expectations realistic.
