I hate leaving bad reviews but this location has really gone downhill since reopening. The last time I was here there were 5 aggravated customers (including myself) waiting a long time for someone to come out of hiding in the back. One of them, much like myself, had been coming to this location for over twenty years and we got into a conversation over how bad it has gotten here. I got tired of waiting and left. I tried explaining this to the manager just now (since people were actually at the front counter today) and she was rude she dismissive. I don't think she even comprehended what I was talking about. I keep giving this location more chances to improve and every time I do, I end up regretting it.

Now the breakfast burritos are frozen and terrible quality like the rest of America. Thats one thing I loved about coming into town for xmas was knowing I was getting the legit southwest breakfast burritos now its the frozen microwaved poisoned crap. Fix this immediately

Twice now I haven't had very good service or have had issues. First visit was missing items and then waited inside for a long time to talk to someone and then had to wait even longer for the items missing from our order to go order. Second visit was an order through the app and then they canceled it and I have to wait for refund for 1-3 days and I had to reorder it and it again took a long time to get the food. No one really helps much at the front area and everyone is off in the cooking area. Definitely changed from before and continues to disappoint.

This location is always a 30 plus minute wait for any kind of service. The dining area is always dirty, staff is always talking with each other and are more focused on orders at the window than in the lobby.

I had gone with a large group of people who had worn them before, but they were still very unmotivated. Many people either didn’t get their food for 60 minutes or got their orders completely wrong. They were also very rude to us, and the ketchup dispenser was disgusting. I personally practically clean up myself.

A lot of the orders for my party were wrong, and it took them a long time to make them. The service was not very friendly. The restaurant was dirty, and their ketchup dispenser was the dirtiest dispenser I've ever seen. This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

So this was by far the worst McDonalds I have been to in my life. Their service is like a comedy of errors, except nobody's laughing. Expect long waits, confused employees, and orders that are wrong more often than they are right. If you're looking for fast food with a side of frustration, you've hit the jackpot.

We went in as school order and called them prior to us coming giving them time to prepare. We have never had any trouble with other Mc Donald’s. We are still waiting for two orders for one of the kids for a while now. The guy writing our names down put random people in our party, mixed up orders, and had such bad hand writing we couldn’t tell who’s was who’s. We had multiple people get their orders changed because they kept giving us the wrong orders. The tables weren’t that clean having wrappers and food stains on the tables and the ketchup dispenser was so built up we couldn’t tell who’s barely get any out.

There was a worker that had a very bad attitude when taking orders. He took orders but it was completely wrong and all the food was scrambled. I would not recommend this fast food place. They put random people's names with our party and had random orders of food just passed. Other customers had to wait 15 minutes for their food even when they got there before us. This was a very poor first time trip to Mc Donalds. It really ruined the atmosphere and the welcoming vibe.

Horrible experience. Got every order wrong and took forever, it was like they were putting random food in bags. They told us they’d write our names down on bags but the handwriting wasn’t even legible. Restaurant also pretty dirty. Out of every McDonald’s I’ve been to, this is one of the worst.

Staff is always friendly, but when busy it can take a while. Also never EVER go through the second drive through window. They never use it. I don’t know why it’s even there.

I decided to go to McDonald’s at 6 AM mind you they open at 4 AM. I sat in the drive-through line for 15 minutes. I even backed up and went into the other drive-through line thinking maybe something was wrong with that intercom and sat and waited. Nobody asked me how can I help you or we’re not serving right now nothing so then I drive up to the window to see. Also maybe they’re closed maybe there’s nobody in there when I get up to the window there’s people walking around looking at me dead in my face and continuing to walk Past me without telling me anything. I find it very inefficient as a business to have somebody sitting there waiting for service and you just stare at them in their face, knowing that they are needing something I understand that things happen and sometimes we may be running late, but that’s why we have voices and we can communicate that we are not serving right now we’re running late whatever the case may be rather than just walk by and stare at me and not say anything at all and just let me sit there and wait and just look at me and not say anything. It’s very disrespectful and I will not go back.
