Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

Ordered one pound of Chicken Fajitas today , April 20, 2025 window take out. The chicken was over salted, I had to take paper towels to remove salt from meat. We order quite often but is was not edible with the amount of salted meat was seasoned with. I never complain but after spending over $30.00 for a pound of chicken , I felt the need to complain.

I'm a little mad at Rosa's right now so they will get this crappy review for now. Been going there for many years getting the double meat fajita fiesta platter for our family of 4. It was $80 bucks yesterday so the price has gotten out of hand on that. I wish I would've followed my gut instinct to turn and walk out when i saw the condition of the kitchen. It was easy to tell they had a under-experienced staff and the place was hideous. I'm just going to say this, I didn't receive $80 worth of food, the refried beans were weird there was so much onions, bell pepper, and jalapeño they didn't put much meat on top of it and the care free attitude of the staff yesterday was enough for me to say NO WAY JOSE. I can go somewhere and be served and waited on and leave a tip for that kind of money and from yesterday's experience the food will be better elsewhere. Bye Bye for a long time. I'll be back in about a year to see if you guys get your chit together. I'll go give the other Mexican food places my business for now.

Always good food. Price has gone up a bit but thats pretty much everywhere in this economy.

I have been to other Rosa's and the food quality here was subpar! The eggs were overcooked, over scrambled, and had very little beef fajita. The beans were extremely dry as if they had been heating up in a pan for hours. The cheese topping on the eggs was cold and wet! I should have taken a pic. Oh...and the coffee was lukewarm ?

The food is good. It’s quick, easy and moderately priced. I normally get the beef fajita carbon as I did today. Unfortunately the service didn’t warrant a good review because the young man who took my order was texting WHILE he was taking my order. In fact, every time I looked, he was texting. A co-worker even asked him to stop texting to help her. I wondered where the manager was then noticed him texting too. ?

The tortillas here are always hot, fresh and delicious. We sometimes will get some and freeze them for Taco night. My husband and I love their pork tamales too and queso with the tortillas. My sister-in-law got me onto their chocolate cake years ago when we were both pregnant. It's so good! Rosa's is fast, affordable and delicious. The kids all love it too, so you can't go wrong.

Rosa's is really great food. On Monday July 8, 2024. My friend and I had the 3 burritos plate lunch. It consist of 3 burritos, refried beans, spainish rice, and a small salad. This lunch fill us up. Very good food. Well worth the price. And I would recommend a person or even a large group of people to go eat at Rosa's. Very awesome food
