UPDATE- I CHANGED RATING FROM 2 STARS AFTER ANJELICA, THE MGR, CALLED ME TO APOLOGIZE & offered me an opportunity to return again. When I returned, the service and condiment bar was much improved. I ♡ my Rosa's❣️

Today is not a good day to visit the Sherwin Way location.
Only one person working counter. The condiment bar was mostly empty, almost empty and old looking product, big mess!
Save yourself the disappointment try another location!

Rosa's is good. In my opinion, it is far superior to any fast food restaurant. It does not measure up to an upscale Mexican food restaurant. I am pretty picky when it comes to Mexican food as I typically make my own, but I wasn't in a mood to cook and I was really jonesing for some Mexican food. My sister and brother-in-law were talking about Rosa's in their community, so I had to try it. I will go back and would encourage others to give it a try.

Great service friendly staff and food is awesome sauce

Should be called McDonalds because when i go there the ice cream machine is broke. How are you going to have margarita special on a Thursday with no margarita. It wasn’t told to me till after i ordered. Then when I proceeded to get a refund the woman who I guess was the manager was very rude and snippy. Good food great atmosphere bad service from management.

Bought some food yesterday and specifically said no cheese on my chicken tacos but yet they added cheese. I did not call back because i do not want anyone to spit in my food.

I was just not impressed with the food here. It was just average fast food. Nothing particularly negative, but nothing good to say either. Probably will not visit again if ever in San Angelo again.

This was a very pleasant surprise! Google Maps brought me here by the ratings and I was not disappointed. In fact, I find this place to be a great value for the price! The portions on the platter I ordered were very generous. If I am passing through here again, I will be back!!
