Way cool space that's a Blue's era relic as well as a time warp from the 40s to the 80s. Back patio area is worth looking at for big groups and live music space. Inside is also neat. The Stango special is a terrific pie. I want to try the Hawaiian pie next. This place has so much history to it from the owners to the building itself. Beer and wine available for purchase also. The cookies at the counter are made in house also!
Once I find a place I like, I stick with it and return. My wife, daughter and I took a trip to San Angelo for Thanksgiving break and we had an awesome time. From the picturesque and walkable downtown to Fort Concho and the amazing hiking at San Angelo State Park, I highly recommend this Texas town.
