They were extremely busy, but what Starbucks isn't?I've never tasted this exact one for the food so I won't make a comment on theirs.The staff members were peppy keeping a bounce in their steps and when a passenger in my car ordered something with the ingredients they didn't have they were willing to improvise with replacement ingredients just to make it work if that's what we wanted.
One of the best experiences I've had with this specific location. I went in awhile back and ordered 2 caramel Frappuccinos. They didn't have caramel so I only got 2 coffee frappes. I went in about 10 minutes ago and spoke to the cashier, Deanna. She was super sweet, very friendly and really helpful. I told her about the situation and she said that since I've already paid for my coffees this time, next time, I'd get compensation!! 100% professional!!

This one sucks compared to the one over by North Bryant. I had to get the lady at the register to ask about my mobile order cause everyone was ignoring me. Then she had attitude and acted like I was bothering her when all she was doing was standing there. I'm not impressed. They need to learn from the one by North Bryant.
