Had a wonderful experience at Texas Roadhouse in San Angelo last night! We started with the Rattlesnake Bites, which were absolutely delicious and a great way to kick off the meal. I ordered the prime rib, and it was thick, tender, and cooked perfectly just the way I like it. It was served with loaded mashed potatoes and a fresh salad, and everything was excellent.
