Horrible customer service
my order is always tasty and cooked per request. The previous time I ordered they forgot to send a cookie I paid for so I put a note in this order that they forgot it and they sent me 2 for free 😊 great customer service
This is by far the worst steak I've had in a long time, and it wasn't just mine, my whole family had steak that was tough as a boot. The steak was not over cooked it was pinkish red center, just bad meet. Steak Express at one time was pretty good but due to the last visit I will no longer be wasting over 100.00 dollars of my hard earned money on food I can't even chew. Save your money people. ......oh and the gallon of tea was soured ?
