The person who took our order did not greet us in a friendly manner! I feel like not being friendly really makes your guests feel unwelcome and unwanted. The food was super fresh so we didn’t mind waiting the few mins for the fresh fries and chicken! I do think almost all fast food places need to teach their employees the proper ways to greet customers though, that was a huge deal when I was working in food service myself.
We took my granddaughter for the 7 dollar meal deal which is advertised as chicken strips or a hamburger well when we ordered they said we could only order the chicken they don't offer the hamburger. I said the add said it was either one and they told me to read the small print they can offer either one I was not happy so I ordered a number 1 (hamburger) the patty was so thin and small it was terrible my husband got tacos and those were pretty good and my granddaughter got the...read full review
Dairy Queen is always a great choice. The burgers and fries were hot and fresh, and the Blizzard was thick, creamy, and delicious. Friendly service, quick turnaround, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere make every visit enjoyable. A classic spot that consistently delivers great food and treats.
