The brisket doesn’t pull apart and the “bark” is pepper granules that overpower it. Do better.
Dry brisket and sausage. Asked if we could speak with owner just to tell him “off the record” but were told he just left.
Had lunch in there on 6/10/23. The Brisket and sausage were so dry, that we had to drown them in BBQ sauce.
The music was also so loud it drove us out.
