Quick stop on our way to SA turned out to be longer than 20 mins even after placing an online order with the set timeframe. Drinks/shakes were given right away. After 15 mins of waiting for food I ask about our online order. Turns out it was never placed on the online pickup area, instead underneath where they bag up orders. I stopped for a simple double whataburger jr. After waiting in line a few good minutes I get to the intercom and place my order. A simple #8 burger only (didn’t specialize it in any way). Then I waited in line a few good additional minutes til I got to the window. I pay and the drive thru employee hesitates. Then I get told THERE IS NO BREAD FOR THAT BURGER.
