Food was delicious. Service good until you allow a family to bring there family dog in. I have no problem with a service dog. But the dad had the girls wait outside until he ordered the food then brought in the dog.i will not return.

I wanted to provide an update to my review. Management reached out regarding my recent visit, and after speaking with them, they addressed my concerns.
We truly enjoy this establishment, and the pizza reminds us of New York. Thank you for taking care of the issue we experienced. We appreciate the follow-up and will continue to be loyal customers.

I like this pizza and this place but the older gentlemen has a legit attitude problem and it’s not good for business. He walks around the place glaring at people and yelling at the other sweet people who work there as well. Other than that, food is great

Very disappointing service. I ordered 2 pizzas and was told they would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived after 30 minutes, only one pizza had been made. Then I had to wait another 45 minutes for the second pizza. What made it worse was that the cook decided to make newer incoming orders before finishing mine, even though I had already been waiting over 40 minutes. Poor organization and very frustrating customer service.

Coming from Chicago, I have pretty high standards when it comes to pizza. We ordered two pepperoni slices and one cheese slice for my fiancée and I, and overall I’d give it a solid 8/10.
The sauce had a great zesty flavor, and the grease from the pepperoni added a lot of richness without being overwhelming. The crust had the perfect snap and fold, which is something a lot of places get wrong. My only critique is that the crust itself could’ve used a little more flavor. A light brush of olive oil and some parmesan on the crust would take it to another level.
That said, this is easily the best pizza I’ve had since moving to San Antonio as of now.
Also, the lady at the front was extremely nice.

Great pizza and friendly service. Only thing to improving is to lower the AC or fix it, because always feels very warm in the restaurant.

This was on the my list as new residents but sadly after reading all the reviews.. it's a pass
Order 100.00 of take out left my name and number. Showed up 30 min later to find out they ran out of chicken. Really.! All you had to do was call and let me know! Please do better or train better.

I ordered here one time for pick up. Pizza and cheese cake were delicious. The girl working the counter was very welcoming. The second time around a older man with a heavy accent answered, and said we couldn't do half and half one pizza. I told him we had done it before. I literally jusy said thanks you, no problem we just won't order from your business again. I was very dissapointed. They lost a customer. How can a pizza not be split half and half? That's ridiculous.

I had to take the time out of my busy day to post about this place. This is for the Culebra San Antonio, Texas location. The pizza was disgusting and the cashier was extremely rude! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!
