Excellent customer service & amazing food!
management (Jacob), absolutely horrible. very selfish, and cared nothing of the comfort of your clients. very rude, major disappointment as we have visited your location many times. and never come across such ( I could care less attitude).
aside from the food being over priced and WAY overcooked and the service being terrible, the waitress literally added gratuity (I was alone) but hid it from my ticket. now I can't even get reimbursed from my company for the crappy food because my receipt isn't matching the total. the hotel I was at recommended this terrible place since it was close, but I would 100% not recommend and would drive to someone who doesn't steal and has better food.
