Alamo City Chocolate Factory

Just left store with a beautiful red velvet heart box of chocolates of my choosing for my wife. I know she’s going to love it. This is not my first time here and I will be making many more trips.

I ordered custom foil milk chocolate coins for the 20th celebration of eCatholic. One side had our logo and the other side was for the 20 years. They arrived on time and they were delicious! Thanks for the great service and attention to detail.

I was thrilled to have Alamo City Chocolate Factory chocolates as the centerpiece to each place setting at our sons rehearsal dinner. My vision was for it to be the sussy for each person attending to take home, enjoyed and talked about.
I am extremely disappointed when I picked them up to find the wrong box used and the Alamo printed on one of the chocolates. I asked for the hearts to be put on them (something more weddingish). I paid a lot of money for a big disappointment. Even more so, they did not try to work with me to rectify the mistakes. The box we discussed, she brought out and we talked about the size of the lettering to go on the box etc. What I got was a basic square box w the writing on the top. That was not what we talked about and I thought I was paying for. I know I didn't ask for the Alamo printed on the chocolates for this occasion.

The place is fantastic and the people are lovely. I would totally recommend anyone to visit who loves chocolate. I’m definitely coming back more than once!

The whole place smells like chocolate. The owners are incredibly friendly. The truffles are diverse and very flavorful. This may be the best place in Alamo City shopping center. Was a joy to see my wife like a kid in a candy store. Thank you so much for the awesome product, but the enjoyable experience.

First up, zero cons all pros. This place is a great place in a unique plaza. There chocolate varieties are massive, and customer service is excellent. If you are on the fences to check, thus place out. It's worth it!

Wow these chocolate truffles were something special from the flavors to the presentation!!The quality of the chocolate is definitely on the higher end which I can appreciate very much. My favorite out of the bunch were the milk champagne , cinnamon tequila, and key lime. The people inside were very helpful and welcoming as well, a great place to stop by for your chocolate or sweet fix as they have ice cream and other treats enrobed in chocolate!

This is the most darling chocolate shop around, and I love any opportunity I have to support this store.There are a great variety of different and unique chocolate goods and it's a great place to buy gifts for others... or yourself.The customer service is really nice they always make you feel welcomed.The chocolate is as delicious as it is beautiful.

Found this small gem today the smell of wonderful when I walked in, I've been wasting my time giving my business to edible arrangements when this place is here, the service was great from the moment I entered, ordered my wife's favorite assorted chocolate covered strawberries they were huge and tasted delicious they gave me the white, milk and dark chocolate. They have earned my business I'll be back for sure.

Some of the best chocolate I’ve ever had! I had the best experience here! I’m putting together a gift basket for a friend and stopped in here for some nice chocolate! I ended up buying a bar for myself and my husband and it was amazing! They also have the cutest items! The woman helping me was extremely helpful, patient, and so kind! I will definitely be back!
