I just came to Alebrije Bakery to get the Hello Kitty concha. It’s really good and the cafe de olla y cafe tres leches also good. My son tried the pop tart and he loved it. I need to come back to try the chilaquiles. ♥️

Concha’s are chill. when it comes to the food order though, the dude didn’t take the order well and gave me a plate with everything I didn’t ask for and then what I did ask for was not added. So attention to food orders isn’t there but ordering a simple pastry was pretty direct. Will not be returning

Charming Mexican bakery with vibrant colors, friendly people and authentic treats. My friends and I got the chorizo torta (recommended by one of staff and he did NOT steer me wrong!), chilaquiles verdes (with a nice sunny-side egg and colorful mix of veggies) and one of their famous conchas (fresh out of the oven and one of the softest I've ever had).

The bread is soft, the sauces are flavorful (and not too spicy), the veggies are fresh and the proteins are juicy and tender. What more could you ask for?

Me and my friend were in town for a concert and we needed a quick bite before leaving town the next morning. It was the best conchas we've ever had and the food was super filling and delish!!!

Chilaquiles verde con chorizo - I can’t think of a better breakfast I have ever had. Put this in a contest, it’s a perfect dish!!! Marranito and beso were super yummy too! Cozy and such a vibe, impeccable service!

Was in town for a convention and I always love looking up bakeries to check out. We got a maranito, a concha, and a fruit filled pastry. All three were absolutely delicious. And the people working there were so friendly. I will definitely be going back when I visit the city again.

Love this Panadería! This Bakery takes you back to authenticity! The way it was, small selections but oh my god soo good! Conchas , marranitos, pop tart, so much more! Breakfast selection, tortas.. chilaquiles!!! Coffee and soda available and such a friendly staff! A must visit before Sam Houston entrence.
