I was more than satisfied with the Brisket Melt . The tenderness of the brisket matched with the candided Jalapeños and mixed with the crazy cheeses all work together really well . Glad I had a chance to try them as the food will hit that happy drinking spot .
They have catered a few of my events and the food is always good and so perfectly done! Everything has its own delicious flavor. Definitely recommend for anyone having a get together and doesn’t want to cook but still wants the bar b que, and this is coming from someone who always does their own cooking.
Visited them tonight at Musik at the Park in Bulverde. Although we had to wait a while for the food it was super delicious! I think more people showed up than expected and that in turn made the wait longer. I would definitely recommend them if you can catch them off of 281! Super nice guys and great food!!!!
