The Christmas menu at Anaqua is awesome! We tried the sweet sanctuary, naughty but nice and the do you cheers what I do. All cocktails were great and very festive. Also Zac at the bar is awesome! Great experience!

The patio area is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Our waitress was friendly and amazing going over the menu with us. When we were undecided on drinks, she brought us two samples to decide. The sushi tacos and ceviche were some of the best I've had. Overall a great place with great service and food/drinks.
What a great atmosphere for cocktails and socializing. The drinks themselves were wonderful; reasonably priced for what you get and nicely presented with accoutrements. The staff was also very friendly. If you go to a place like this in Austin you'd get a lot of pretentiousness from staff. If you've been, you know what I'm talking about. The food menu was a little limited and portions left a lot to be desired considering the cost (imagine six Ritz crackers with a spoonful of crab salad on each and paying $20). Regardless, we would definitely go back, more for drinks than dinning.
Food was super good, good service and comfortable outdoor shaded seating. It's a hotel, so the prices are high relative to quantity of food served. Micro portions. Good for snacking while having a cocktail.
Drinks are great, good was also pretty good. Service staff needs some refining and training and no one seems to understand what to do with valet.... Whether or not they validate for eating at the restaurant. Everyone we talked to told us a different story. The valet guy working alone, almost started to argue with us about it.
The service was extremely slow for no one being there but our party. The food was exceptional; while the ambiance felt like we were in paradise. The only issue was the service being slow.
This is my 2nd favorite restaurant in San Antonio. I marked them down for this experience because they didn't have many of my favorites and it was super hot in the noncovered area and there were no fans and it is very dark over there at night. It is hard to tell where you are making reservations on the app so it would be great to clear that up. We wanted to sit where the fans are and that is what I thought I chose but apparently not.
We sat over 30 min and we never received our food. service was super poor. Waitress forgot our order. Drink was ok but overpriced- we ended up leaving there and going to Corinne. Corrine was great- great food , good drinks and good atmosphere . Highly recommended!!

We had an amazing date night at Anaqua! The bites were fresh and thoughtful as were the cocktails but the credit really goes to our server Ingrid, not only was she attentive and knowledgeable about the menu but she just a joy to talk with and we will definitely be back to see her!

Absolutely beautiful space! The waitstaff is very kind and have recommendations ready for you. Definitely try the Tangerine & Me! It's and amazing cocktail they have on the menu.
The young woman who served us, Dani, was wonderful. She was very polite and answered all of our questions about the unique menu items. Her recommendations for the signature drinks were on point! The elote lobster was amazing as was the avocado poke. We will definitely be returning.
I will start off with the service which was indulging and personable. She gave great recommendations on the drinks and the food. The food had great presentation with great flavors. I love the lobster with elote appetizer. The drinks gave a sexy vibe. The ambience is perfect for a romantic date with low lighting in relaxing environment.
The nicest staff! Excellent breakfast and good prices. Breakfast tacos are delicious!
Very limited menu. (I understand), no wait staff (bar tender.. he was great considering how one person is serving sooo many). Food was below par. Salad.. literally just lettuce.. (didnt order ceaser)... and the street tacos were ehh (however, we ordered flour tortilla so that may be the issue... doubt it). Great fries. And the ckn and waffles made my son happy. Not opened 24 hrs as stated, and not opened for lunch, so make arrangements. Again, staff is great, but the food... not so much
