Not only is the building itself supremely state-of-the-art, I received my order within the minute I had placed it, the food is spectacular, the prices are nicely balanced, and the staff are kind and perceptive. I got a chocolate shake with oreo bits mixed in. It's among the best shakes I've gotten in my time in San Antonio, perhaps one of the all-time best. Highly recommended.

The custard is so good and so creamy. The workers are always nice and desert is always good. I’d highly recommend. I wish i tried it sooner!

They have their custard on point! A little expensive but the portion is deceivingly heavy, I wish I would have got a small over a medium after dinner. Honestly I could eat everything on their menu.

This is not custard. It's soft serve ice cream. Real custard is thick and creamy. It also does not melt real fast. I don't recommend this place at all.

Save yourself some money and just order the next size down. Medium comes with the top 2 inches completely empty. Poor guy at the window couldn’t be bothered.

I was very disappointed by my portion, I spent over $8. Dollars for a medium frozen custard, the topping was overwhelmed and very little ice-cream custard, I asked the girl who served me to correct it , but she insisted it would cost me more money to fixed it, and she was stern and rude , I will never go there again, even dough I had a good experience at the location at the rim, the ice-cream is good buy very expensive, even more than marble slab , even dough marble slab is way better,

My husband and kids went through the drive through yesterday (7/13) we ordered two small kids cups and a key lime pie concrete for me and my husband to share. The gentleman working filled the kids cups and put ice cream in the cup for our key lime concrete. When he went to hand the cup to another girl cutting the pie he spilt some on the counter, the girl stuck the piece of pie into the cup, turned to mix and realized there wasn’t enough ice cream turned back around the guy pointed at the ice cream on the counter, the girl then proceeded to use her bare hand and scoop the ice cream back into the cup that she was using for my concrete. I started saying um no I’d like a new one made! That’s absolutely disgusting! The girl at the window originally told them to make a new one as I was making a fuss. I’m glad I was paying attention because that isn’t right!
