1/11/2020 Cleanliness and aesthetics: Ten Customer Service and Staff Personality: Ten Acai Bowl: Seven First off, this rating has the potential to become a five star review after my third visit. So I found this place on Google and decided to visit after my workout. I read all of the reviews on Yelp and I was ready to try it for myself. When I walked inside, the place was amazingly clean. This should be a no-brainer but you would be surprised by some "juice" establishments. The menu had eye appeal and featured a variety of everything. The young lady working the counter greeted me with a smile while she prepared two orders ahead of me. I perused the protein products on the bookcase and read every single flyer/pop-up advertisement in the store. Eventually, I placed my order to detail and the barista worked on my acai bowl like she was painting the Sistine Chapel. Her attention to detail was flawless and she produced a work of art that should have been displayed in a museum. My true acai bowl aficionados understand what I mean. So if the place was so wonderful, why did I give it three stars? I am an acai bowl fanatic. I even make my own bowls at home. When I order a bowl from an establishment, I expect to be blown away. The Acai was very runny and it felt more like a soup. However, the actual taste of the product was delicious. All of the additional toppings (bananas, strawberries, granola, almond chips and coconut ) complimented the bowl quite nicely. PricePoint- I expect to pay the going rate for an Acai Bowl and I fully understand why the price is justified. However, this was the smallest Acai bowl that I have ever encountered and did I mention that I eat these all of the time. I am not going to name the competitors due to having more respect for smaller businesses but the bowl size is not even close to the others. Will I return to this establishment? Absolutely!!! I am going to ask a few questions about the mix and request more fruit in the blender to up the thickness of my Acai. Remember, I did state that I loved the taste of the mix but it was too "soupy" for my liking. I will update this review after my next visit.

Was really excited to try this place out considering it's less than 5 minutes from my house! Upon arrival my girlfriend and I failed to be greeted and the young man behind the counter just looked at us and walked straight to the cash register. Having never been I had a couple questions but we felt unwelcome so we each ordered a smoothie and left it at that. There was nobody else there, but our drinks took 20-25 minutes for both to be made. We weren't told they were ready either my girlfriend saw the guy making our smoothies just put them down on the opposite side of the counter, when she asked if they were ours the kid replied "uh huh", then when she asked if they were ready he said "uh huh" with no eye contact or anything... WOW how about a "yes ma'am" or something a little more pleasant?! Might be going back to try a poke bowl or sushi roll, but there's better places to get smoothies for all my fellow smoothie lovers!

5/17 I went in to get a "fresh squeezed juice" like advertised on the sign. When I left I noticed a sticker labeled 5/15 in the juice. It wasn't clear if the juice was made on 5/15 or expired on 5/15 so I called the store back. The lady working was really nice but put me on hold to ask about expiration. Long story short, it left me a little uneasy. Fresh squeezed juice has a pretty short shelf life and for almost $10 I wanted to make sure I wouldn't get sick. I drove back to the store and the lady working kindly made me a new fresh one. This is what I got. I'm no juice genius but I had to throw half of it out before I got to the juice. Not worth my $10. They definitely need to work on their cleanliness. No gloves were worn, the fruit seemed like it hadn't even been washed being there were stickers on them, I questioned if they even washed the juicer prior to pressing my juice. On top of that, their fresh bottles were in a trash bag in the corner. Ewww.

They advertise raw cold pressed juice, but the juice is made from a conventional juicer. When I asked about the cold pressed juice, the girl just ignored my question and said the juice is usually already made and proceeded to make the juice. The produce had stickers and was still wrapped from the store and did not even get rinsed before it was juiced. Won't be back.

I was looking for an acai bowl place nearby work for a tasty healthy treat and this place popped up. When I walked in I was immediately acknowledged with a smile. The customer service was great and they have several fruit, granola, and nut toppings to add to your bowl. The only problem was the acai had a funny flavor and somewhat strange texture...almost as if it had been sitting out for awhile. I did like that they had healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack pre-prepped meals you could buy for reasonable prices that looked delicious. I may give them a second chance and try one of these meals or a fresh pressed juice next time. Everyone has off days so it could be a fluke of some kind. I will update my review after my second visit because I really wanna like this place ,as it is very convenient and a great atmosphere.
Awesome atmosphere. Great trainers and workout partners. Extra kudos to trainer Alicia for motivating, encouraging and pushing us to be more healthy mentally and physically. After a killer workout you can replenish with healthy shakes and snacks!!! Love it

This is by far the worst juice bar I have ever been to. I would give zero stars if possible. The smoothie I ordered tasted nothing like the description (was supposed to be peanut butter banana and neither of those flavors could be tasted). It was completely undrinkable. The açaí bowl was frozen yogurt with runny açaí flavoring poured over it from a packet. I threw both of them away. Don't waste your time or money here.

I order the born again juice and even though the flavor was great ( could actually taste most of the ingredients ) I do believe that it is a bit over priced I wont be coming back, but feel free to try!

This place is fabulous, has the best trainers around. If you want a great workout, come do classes with Alicia and Valeria. The juice bar is a added bonus.
