Black Rock Coffee Bar offers great coffee and friendly service. The Mexican Mocha is excellent. Despite being off the everyday drive, it's a favorite stop for many. They have a nice selection of coffees, good taste, and friendly staff. Monthly stickers are a bonus. Be aware, their almond milk is sweetened, with coconut milk as a low-carb option. Customers praise the morning shift staff, who are polite and sweet. The service is good, and the coffee is very tasty and well-made. The drive-thru is convenient, and the happy hour offers iced tea or lattes. The location on Huebner Rd in Shavano Park may not have an inside, but the drive-thru is appreciated. Customers also enjoy the rewards program. While the coffee may be a bit pricey, the flavor and friendly atmosphere make it a pleasant experience.
