Arby's in San Antonio

“Bout the only place these days that has friendly staff. They even told me they would make me a custom sandwhich anytime i wanted i just needed to come inside and tell them what i wanted! I loved this so much, that's going above and beyond. Thank yall! My only complaint, sticky floors by the pop machine(been like that for years lol). bring back ham! BRING BACK HAM!!! PLEASSSEE!“

“Party of 2 on a Tuesday at 1100am. We were the only ones dining inside when we arrived (by the time we left the inside seating was over half full). Service was fine and the sandwiches/fries were fresh out of cooking (they had not been sitting in the warmer area at all). Shake was not runny like some other places. Clean bathroom and the eating area was also very clean at the time. They do military discount.“

“Although closer, their location is not as good as before when it was free standing. Now shared with AT&T. Parking is limited, especially for those who dine in. The drive thru with curbing is extremely narrow for large vehicles. Inside Arby's high partition does not allow visibility for customers to see food preparation. Arby's has always offered good specials, prices & abundant portions of beef on their sandwiches. It was one of my wife's favorite fast food restaurants.“

“Overall very good. Service very good.Cashier friendly and respectful.Fast service.Roast Beef sandwich good not great. The bun was smallest and looked like it was for a jr. Meat flavor was a little off.Arbys is my favorite sandwich in the world.Very clean restaurant except floor was sticky.“

“Love the employees and service at this location! Food is always properly prepared and comes out in a timely fashion but it's obviously not the healthiest which is to be expected. This is one of my regular restaurants to visit when I'm in the area which is at least once a week. Would highly recommend this restaurant and location to anyone who's a fan of this type of fastfood fare...can't vouch for any of the other locations though.

Vegetarian options: Love the ranch chicken wrap from the value menu...good price and tasty!“

“Had the Greek Gyro for the 1st time, and I have to say, it was not bad. For it being fast food, it's a serviceable Gryo.

The tzatziki sauce had some flavor, and with all the veggies, the Gyro is pretty filling.

Right now it is part of their 2 for $6. I had one for lunch and one for an early dinner.“

“I don't get to Arby's often, but I like the gyro sandwiches. I visited the drive thru on a weekday for a late lunch. There was a bit of a wait, but the lady at the window was super sweet and very friendly. The food was very good. The sandwich was put together very well with fresh pita. I always get the crinkle fries, and these were perfect, only lightly salted and crispy. I would recommend this location to all. Thank you for a great meal. ?“

“This particular Arby's can be a tossup depending on what time you go and who's behind the counter. The food is great, the pricing is a bit on the high end for fast food, but the service is quick for big orders and the quality is consistent.“

“I do know when I go in - Alway get the happy cashier / there random mangers - but I always tend to get the same service and my roast beef cheddar sandwich steamy hot & dripping cheddar cheese and slap on some Arbys red ranch - curly fry’s crunch not soggy perfect then mmmmmmm splash it down with cold RB fantastic

“Food was great and exactly as ordered.
Thank God for that because Missy on the drive thru was rude and impatient. May have had an hour before closing or really don’t care why. Tired of these people working in customer service and ruining my day and others because of the attitudes they exude.
I know they’re not raking in the dough so if not liked …. Kick rocks and don’t act like it’s a boulder!“
