“Had a problem at the San Pedro location, reported it to Arby:s and they made good on it. It appears that they are genuinely concerned and listens when someone has a legitimate concern. Discounts for a lot with me so I'm revising my posting. Had lunch at the Bandera location today: the bathroom was spotless, the food was terrific, the people were as friendly and helpful as they could be, and the restaurant was clean and had great ambience. Great food, great people great facilities, great value!!! Try it you'll like it!!!“
“Arbys is still 1 of the best fast foos places around. Whether a french dip & au jus or a classic roast beef and arbys sauce.. or even the brisket.. ahhh... and potato cakes are always made fresh rather than the refried x amt of x curly fries..“

“It's Arby's. If you're going, you basically know what you're getting yourself into. If that's what you want, you'll get it here and it'll be good for that sort of thing. The staff here was really friendly which makes for a nice experience. Love my big beef n cheddar.“
“I've been enjoying Arby's as a kid and the Beef and cheddar has always hit the spot ! Other Menu items are good as well, however the Roast beef is typically the star of the show. This venue is also a great alternative to hamburgers and chicken !“

Who ever was the person who answered the phone on 08/14/2025 at 3:15 had the nicest attitude and when I called for a online order to be customized in a way I couldn't do it on the app she went above and beyond to make it happen and help me. Highly recommend this Arby's . Great stuff and very positive energy all around!!“
“Went over to this Arby’s wasn’t expecting anything special, I came around 4:00pm, right out of work, but when I pulled through the drive-thru I was met with the most amazing respect and service. The speed it took them to get my order out was fast and quick, I give a shoutout to the shift manager who was leading the crew this evening, when he took my order he was so nice and respectful I’ve never been called sir before by this Arby’s particularly but he did show me respect. My sandwich looks and tasted like it was prepared correctly and well taken care of, the crew seemed to really love their job. Keep it up Arby’s I’ll be back for more. Loved my experience here😃😃😃❤️“
“Yes I know, It's an Arby's. Not my first choice for a go to usually, but this Arby's is nice and clean, well staffed, nice folks and the French dip and the reuben are very good. And the Apple fritter or whatever it is is also very good. So give it a try, and enjoy, the guy who runs this Arby's is doing a great job.“
