“Had a problem at the San Pedro location, reported it to Arby:s and they made good on it. It appears that they are genuinely concerned and listens when someone has a legitimate concern. Discounts for a lot with me so I'm revising my posting. Had lunch at the Bandera location today: the bathroom was spotless, the food was terrific, the people were as friendly and helpful as they could be, and the restaurant was clean and had great ambience. Great food, great people great facilities, great value!!! Try it you'll like it!!!“
“Yesterday I was trying to not missy bus. They expedited my order and I forgot the ketchup. The manager walked out to the bus stop to bring it to me. I have worked in food service for forty years and that was simply amazing. That store is always spotless and wonderful to go to. Ty Arby's. What a wonderful staff.“
“I've been enjoying Arby's as a kid and the Beef and cheddar has always hit the spot ! Other Menu items are good as well, however the Roast beef is typically the star of the show. This venue is also a great alternative to hamburgers and chicken !“
“It's Arby's. If you're going, you basically know what you're getting yourself into. If that's what you want, you'll get it here and it'll be good for that sort of thing. The staff here was really friendly which makes for a nice experience. Love my big beef n cheddar.“
“Overall very good. Service very good.Cashier friendly and respectful.Fast service.Roast Beef sandwich good not great. The bun was smallest and looked like it was for a jr. Meat flavor was a little off.Arbys is my favorite sandwich in the world.Very clean restaurant except floor was sticky.“
“Great service and good quick food.
Update- tried their new steak bites and they were just ok. Didn't care for the brisket burger at all, but chicken sandwich was really good, as was the gyro. Overall, still a decent meal if you want something on the go.“
“Yes I know, It's an Arby's. Not my first choice for a go to usually, but this Arby's is nice and clean, well staffed, nice folks and the French dip and the reuben are very good. And the Apple fritter or whatever it is is also very good. So give it a try, and enjoy, the guy who runs this Arby's is doing a great job.“
