Arby's is a customer-focused restaurant that offers hot, made-to-order food and excellent service. The gyro sandwich is a surprising hit, showing their variety beyond roast beef. The drive-through staff at the New Braunfels location is friendly and professional, ensuring orders are correct and food arrives quickly, hot, and delicious. Customers often note the fresh sandwiches and fries, which are served right out of the cooking process, not sitting in warmers. The staff greets guests warmly as they walk in and act genuinely happy to serve, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The inside seating area is clean and well-maintained, with a clean bathroom as well. During busy times, the friendly drive-through staff offers cookies to make up for any wait. This Arby's stands out for its efficient service, fresh food, and friendly environment, making it a reliable spot for good food. The restaurant also offers a military discount, adding to its customer-friendly reputation.
