I got the gyro sandwich, it’s pretty good, I honestly didn’t know that arbys had other options instead of roast beef. And I thought it wouldn’t taste as good because it’s from a typical chain restaurant, but I was surprised that’s it’s a good sandwich. I would definitely get it again!

The Arby's on New Braunfels has the best and friendliest drive through employee. I wish I remembered his name. We went at a busy time and we had to wait for our food, which I never have a problem with because I know my food is being made fresh. But he still apologized for the wait and offered us some cookies. ❤️

Went there received wrong order they refused to give me money back took the sandwich back after 1 minute they didn't refund my money its there fault l eft the order there and will never return very bad service,manager didn't know how to do a refund stated his gm manager Roland said no refund. Obviously they need really needed those 6 dollars. Terrible service will call corporate on Monday. Thank you for the terrible service. Stay away from this place.
