tortillas are hard not soft as in homemade by hand with tenderness and patience- food bland not much in way of spices a little Luke warm food- I've been so many places and tortillas are the same flat hard - no softness to them i mean you need to chew and chew not as other reviews stated +and
Chrissy beef and Cheese Enchiladas they taste like the ones my aunt used to make back in the 1970s I never thought I would ever find those flavors again …for years I tried to mimic her flavors …I guess you just have to have that pride and patience that goes along with it ….and it’s here in this kitchen….The food here is absolutely delicious

This place is tucked away inside a little shopping Shopping center, but it's a hidden gem. The menudo during the week was amazing,was light, great flavor and good looking color. The Carne guisada had great Flavor tasted authentic nice chunks of meat. The color was nice and brown tortillas were very fluffy and soft. Reminded me of homemade Grandma's tortill and the staff was very nice. The facility is nice and clean and has great breakfast specials.
