First off I was the 1st car in drive thru I waited 15 mins for my food. I ordered the good burger meal. The shake was ok. Was a shake / syrup consistency. The burger was raw. Straight pink in middle. Had to throw in oven , even then patty got extremely hard. The fried were crispy. But not seasoned. Tasted like grocery store bag fries. The jalapeno peppers were not fully cooked. While the food and choices were great the decreasing portion sizes compared to rising costs. Very poor taste, pun intended. Service was fantastic. The restaurant was clean. The air was off an was disappointing. The food portions are why I eat Arby's once every couple of years. Tastes great but not worth the price.Parking: There was only 1 vehicle in parking lot when we arrived. I'm sure folks stay away due to decreased portions. Way less food for way more money is attractive.
