I can only comment on the service as I didn’t bother to stay. At @11:20AM I approached the front door and it was locked. No one came to the door so I drove to the drive-thru and asked when they would open the dine-in section. I was told that it was open, I drive back around and attempt to enter. Locked!! A female employee opened the door and said I was trying to enter through the exit. When I asked her why it wasn’t marked Exit Only, she just walked away without replying. Neither that door or the door on the side had any signage showing Entrance or Exit Only. Burger King was happy to allow me entrance through either door. Gonna miss Arby’s.

Foods good, but the doors are hardly ever open on time. Sometimes can take over an hour after their posted store hours to finally actually open the lobby. And no one answers the phone.
Not a good one sad to say was looking forward to a great one but it's was 8:18 pm and they are open till 11 pm no shakes , no coke , no Dr pepper no.ketchup great food nothing to wash it down with number one condiment out man pretty sad experience today.

First off I was the 1st car in drive thru I waited 15 mins for my food. I ordered the good burger meal. The shake was ok. Was a shake / syrup consistency. The burger was raw. Straight pink in middle. Had to throw in oven , even then patty got extremely hard. The fried were crispy. But not seasoned. Tasted like grocery store bag fries. The jalapeno peppers were not fully cooked. The Philadelphia cream cheese was piping hot and the jalapeno was hard. The macaroni bites were greasy. So greasy u couldn't tell macaroni was even in there. Definitely threw the meal away. A waste of time and money. Will not return . ?️ CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD.

Been trying to complain about old food that we received last night that we still have in the bag from last night and the number is just a busy tone!! I spent almost 30 dollars for OLD FOOD!! WHY does your number not work??? I shouldn’t have to come all the way up there!!!
