Armadillos Texas Style Burgers-City Base

used to come here with my family a few years ago, place has really gone downhill, from the blue tvs to the mystery meat burger , I don’t understand how you can serve that food, maybe we came in on an off night, i’m not the type of person to be picky or even leave a bad review, But genuinely the burger tasted unbelievably unseasoned and just not edible , And this was after getting the wrong toppings the first time and getting sent back a fresh burger. Fish sandwich was okay, and bean and cheese nachos were good. Service was Mediocre, Our server seemed annoyed the entire time, Overall 0/10 experience would not recommend.

Had been looking forward to a good burger all week, but the burger patty was gross, absolutely zero seasoning, salt or pepper and not sure if the patty was old or if it was borderline spoiling, but it did not taste great. I guess we will see if I get food poisoning. We were there for a family event to I didn't want to make a big deal of it. Definitely will not be going back. Server was ok, kept forgetting things.

Armadillos is a solid burger place in term of taste!
I order a 1/2 lb chili burger and bacon-chese tater tots take-out, and everything was delicious. Chili is well seasoned. The tater tots is a great side that you have to finish quick before they dry out like all tater tots do.
The gentleman at the bar took my order and was very professional in his suggestions.

Burgers and fries were great! The burgers were a good size also the fries were crispy and not overly salty. If anything imo they should change the aesthetics of the place.

Went for dinner for a family birthday dinner, they were able to accommodate our family with out reservations. Total 15 of us. The atmosphere was great, our waitress was friendly and great handling our order.
I had the chicken fried steak and it was delicious, all of are food was great . 😊
