I tried this location despite the terrible reviews (partly to see if it really could be as bad as folks have reviewed it). I have no complaints. The line moved relatively quickly. People seemed to get their orders quickly. I ordered ahead online, and my order was ready when I got there. Mayabe it's a different experience when the mall is busy, maybe things have improved after helpful poor reviews. Keep on improving, keep up the honesty.
My pretzels were fried, which we didn't expected, but they were good anyway

They are always super fast & polite! Their frozen lemonade is THE best!! Love having this available when I’m out & about shopping for a quick snack.

I came to get mini pretzel dog twice, both times they told me I had to wait over 30 minutes. This was after I waited over 20 minutes in line. Would never go again tbh.
