No pretzels at 630pm
They are always super fast & polite! Their frozen lemonade is THE best!! Love having this available when I’m out & about shopping for a quick snack.

I came to get mini pretzel dog twice, both times they told me I had to wait over 30 minutes. This was after I waited over 20 minutes in line. Would never go again tbh.

Excellent customer service and great tasting pretzels. They also have a substantial military discount.
100 stars there pretzels are always fresh and the customer service is always the best

First, it’s the peak of summer and workers aren’t taken care of well. Everyone was sweating, seemingly fighting for their lives in this Texas heat. Second, ICE machine wasn’t working or the frozen drink machine. That’s even worse for the workers who are in there for 6-8 hours dying of heat to have no ice. Lots of menu items out of stock as well. Seems like a management issue. LASTY, pretzel cup and drink $20. Outrageous.
I just wanted to say how kind the gentleman was today working here I found myself in the situation where I was a dollar short and my daughter really wanted the glaze sauce to go with her pretzels instead of denying us. The gentleman actually paid for it himself. God bless him for his kindness.

Cinnamon sugar nuggets were so soft and warm. The best. Incredibly friendly and helpful employees too. Definitely coming back to this location.
