The noise was dramatically affected by the seating there is an upstair downstairs. Upstairs was naturally quieter which was very pleasant.
Server places the water across the 4 seat Table with 2 small women. The small women had to strech across the table, risking hair and clothing in their own meal. Why this matter the chair are great but heavy designed not to tip. So even if the women chose to stand up and get the water. It takes real effort.
