Tried to order a pretzel, they didn't have any only pretzel bites, they were cold, the cheese was cold. This place is over priced and over rated! What happened to quality food especially at these prices! For this price I expected a fresh warm pretzel with warm cheese! Won't go there again.
They intentionally do NOT make pretzels and will automatically give you pretzel nuggets because they are easier to make. Then they try to discourage you from ordering a pretzel because it will take 10 minutes. Happens now 3 separate visits.

I just wanted to say how kind the gentleman was today working here I found myself in the situation where I was a dollar short and my daughter really wanted the glaze sauce to go with her pretzels instead of denying us. The gentleman actually paid for it himself. God bless him for his kindness.
