“I wanna start off this review saying I’m making this review during the Texas Music Educator Association Convention, and even during a VERY busy time like this convention weekend, my order was taken care of pretty quickly. While there was a discrepancy on my order of pepperoni pretzels and how it was placed in the system, the man making the pretzels was pretty good on fixing it quickly. I also picked up 4 classic rolls, and the Churro Chillata while here, which was all ready pretty instantly, and had to wait 12-15 mins for the pretzels. Hope they get to hire extra staff for when it’s needed on weekends like this.“

“?A Pre-Flight Snack Option? This location shares space with a Cinnabon. In addition to a variety of pretzel flavors, Auntie Anne's features a cooler for purchasing drinks (water, etc.).Pretzels come in both regular-size and bite-size variations, with flavors including pepperoni, sweet almond, cinnamon, garlic parmesan, and sour cream and onion. The pepperoni version is made doubly delicious with marinara dipping sauce, and the sweet almond could pass as a bready dessert--something akin to an Italian Pizzelle.Staff provided speedy service, smiled politely, and gave information about which pretzel flavors were currently available. The only unusual aspect was the large Salted Caramel Chocolate Frost advertisement near the overhead menu, which was no longer available for purchase.Auntie Anne's is located near many of the departing gates, making it a convenient choice for a quick snack while you wait on your plane's arrival.“

“You can't resist the smell of Auntie Anne's! Although the line was long, it moved pretty fast. They already have premade pretzel nuggets ready to go. But I prefer to get mine made fresh. Reuben took my order, which was a large container of pretzel nuggets, half salted, half cinnamon ($7.29). Rueben was really friendly! He said it would take 10-15 minutes to make. There's a seating area right behind the kiosk. My pretzels were done in 10 minutes, and they were delicious! The only thing I wish is that they were hotter. They were soft, warm, sweet, buttery and salty! Each time I go to the mall, I always know I'll be making a pit stop at Auntie Anne's.“

“Another birthday freebie redeemed! I haven't had Auntie Anne's Pretzels in a couple years, but the pretzel I had here tasted just as good as I remember it to be back in the day. This Auntie Anne's is conveniently located within the Shops at La Cantera, and it is in the perfect location to take a break from shopping and relax in the shade. There were quite a few people in line ahead of me on a weekend morning, and the line moved rather slowly. But as soon as I got to the ordering window, I realized it was no fault of the employees and just due to some indecisive customers. I wanted to try the Roasted Garlic & Parmesan Pretzel, but they only had the Original and Cinnamon Sugar for their whole pretzel options. I went with the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel, and it was bagged with care by the friendly employee. She was very efficient with my order and processed my free pretzel redemption very quickly after wishing me a happy birthday. The pretzel itself was warm and covered in cinnamon sugar. I'm glad there were a few napkins inside the bag because it was a bit messy to eat. Although messy, it was a delicious mid-morning pick-me-up before lunchtime.“

“The line was short and I was I saw that they were advertising a chocolate and peppermint beverage for the (December) holidays. I asked if they were still serving the "Chocolate Frost" and they were. The beverage lives up to the name because it was very icy. The ice will melt a little over time and will eventually go down more smoothly. It was delicious. Although I didn't order any pretzels, that is something they're obviously known for.“
