I went to this store with my friend and asked the girl worker there if we can have the sausage pretzels. She responded 15 minutes so we left and came back 15 minutes later we asked her again and she replied 15 minutes so we waited 15 minutes AGAIN and still no sausage pretzels we got the regular pretzels and when i asked for an extra cheese she DEATH STARED me and eventually gave me the cheese refusing to make eye contact. I would never recommend ordering from here for special occasions. I had placed an order Monday Feb 8th for a Super Bowl a Sunday pack they were promoting. I paid my fees and received an email confirmation that the order was received and would be ready for pick up at 4:45pm. Sunday comes along and I get an email at 1pm that stated that unfortunately the system cannot confirm if my order would be completed and to call the store location. Worst customer service ever. Standing in front without being acknowledged. Guy throws the receipt, doesn’t hand it to me. When he pours the drink he places it on the far right side without telling me. If you don’t like your job or simply can’t be nice then go work somewhere else. This place will never get another dollar from me.
