So rude and hateful I thought maybe it was just that one person but we went again and the ladies are rude don’t have time to be ring up customers she has to must toPrepare and cook. We asked how long until the big pretzel were ready since it had been open for. Few hours now, her response was when everyone stop coming to the counter to buy. Is what she told us! Never go again and will make sure family and friends don’t go either.
Horrible customer service. Short, chubby Hispanic guy was very rude. I wasn't greeted nor was I thanked for my purchase. I told him to have a great day and I was given the side eye, nothing said in return. Will not be returning, above the rude service, my pretzels were burned.

Was truely disappointed in the service from the female staff there on 2/21/24 at 1400. We were ignored on purposed while she continued what she was doing without acknowledging us, and since we didnt go away, she had an attitude. Also, BURNT pretzel dogs on display too. ?
