The pretzels are so tough. They over knead their dough. It was tough and lacked flavor. I was disappointed ☹
Tired getting my kids water bottle filled when I was about to pay for bite for my kids and was denied when there are no working water fountains in this mall. It should be illegal to be denied water in Texas. Not to mention it’s for CHILDREN!!
First time back in a while and the young lady at the register had a very bland attitude but we did notice her attitude change once her friend come along. Our cheese was spoiled and pretzel bites were chewy. Our last visit was great thats why we decided to stop by but this was not the same experience as the last. I understand food cannot always be consistent but the attitude was very unwelcoming!
