Just left and let me tell you. Best experience at a whataburger! Since we walked in Rebecca held the door open for us even though she was busy. Javier at the register was beyond pleasant, patient and helpful and last was Mike (fry boy), very nice and welcoming ?. Love this whataburger. Thanks for being awesome guys.
I visited two different ones in San Antonio. One was very efficient, good service and the employees seemed genuinely happy. The second one was dealing with quite a few customers and the employees seemed flustered and I'm bad moods. So I guess my point is that it's hit and miss. One thing I can say, the food is excellent at Whataburger. I've never had ANY issue with the food itself.

I went and ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo with a chocolate shake. The shake tasted like coffee. Told the guy this tasted like coffee, he asked if he could get me another drink. I said yes and just give me a regular Strawberry drink. He gives me a Strawberry shake. I can understand the miscommunication, however he could have asked questions since there was an issue. Anyway I always have issues at this Whatabutger location.
