I just wanted to say how kind the gentleman was today working here I found myself in the situation where I was a dollar short and my daughter really wanted the glaze sauce to go with her pretzels instead of denying us. The gentleman actually paid for it himself. God bless him for his kindness.

The pretzels are so good here! But my gosh, these employees look like they’re about to pass out most of the time! Even while placing my order I can feel how hot it is in that kiosk! Can management please do something about the heat so their employees can keep providing us great food without almost getting heat stoke?

There was only one person ahead of me, the wait time wasn't bad (Monday afternoon). The pretzel was dark and overbaked though. The girl gave me another "fresh" one, no problem, but I opened the bag and it was just as crispy. She offered to make another, saying it would be raw inside if cooked any less, but I've honestly never seen an Auntie Anne's pretzel this dark and crispy at any other location. 10 minutes later the pretzel was a little less dark and...
