I ordered Ay Que Rico to cater my son's wedding rehearsal. It was a destination wedding so I blindly chose them off the internet.From Rocio who took the order and handled giving me all of the information to Rico and his staff cooking/setting up, it was a breeze.It was the BEST food I could have ever asked for! The asada mini tacos and brisket quesadilla went hard! Omg ? the brisket Mac and cheese and the beans!!!! Delicious. The Mac and cheese is my favorite and the beans have chunks of brisket and bacon with hint of chorizo. ?♀️ but I'm excited to go back.
Best Al Pastor quesadilla I've ever had! I added garlic aioli on the quesadilla and jalapeño cream sauce with avocado slices on the side. Delicious! I crave this combination all the time.
