5 stars isn't enough! The beer is excellent - From craft local brews of IPAs to stouts, regardless of your taste, you'll definitely find something to enjoy! If beer isn't your thing - cool, I won't judge you (too hard) but you def have to try their ? pizzas (cheeseburger is a bangin choice)Aside from the food, the crew there is awesome. They are personable, funny, and a blast to chill with!Definitely worth a shot if you haven't tried them yet!

Back Unturned is amazing. Been coming here for 4 years and it is one of the most consistent places I’ve ever been to. The food is 10/10 across the board, and the beer is second best in San Antonio only second to Kuntsler. But as an overall experience, if you’re coming to San Antonio and want to stop by a brewery, this should be your top choice hands down. Also as a bonus has the best pizza in San Antonio. Rated highly and still underrated.

Went when this first opened, before Covid, we were thrilled with the brews and very good pizza!!! Went every week!!! But today at lunch, pizza is inconsistent now, crust not bubbly char, and too much cheese, to make crust soggy....and not balanced. Salad was fantastic, but i think pizza cooks need to adhere to original recipes, balance of crisp crust, sauce, cheese, toppings, thank you!

First time here. Loved the beer and food. Very talented artist in the place.Met our friends there to watch the GB Packers vs 49ers game.Had the nachos with jalapenos and avocado.Be warned the jalapenos are the real deal...HOT and green.Soo good.Friendly staff. The cheeses cake and Lava cake are so good to.Will go again. Was so neat to walk around and see all of the kegs.Parking: Not a lot of.parking available, had to walk a few blocks. Construction everywhere.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap available and wheel chair capable.

I frequent Back Unturned for lunch. The pepperoni gorgonzola flat bread is my favorite. The staff is always so helpful, attentive, and nice. I appreciate that my water glass is always full. I will need to try their brunch one weekend. I accidentally hit the thumbs down on a survey earlier today and wanted to make up for it. ?? If you decide to stop in, you won't be disappointed.

Neat brewery with a nice area indoors and plenty of TVs. Came for the pizza and was not disappointed. Tried three different pies, the chicken bacon ranch, formaggio bacon (sort of like a meat lovers) and the bacon cheeseburger. All three were great, the chicken bacon ranch was a white sauce pie and fantastic. The cheeseburger had pickles on top for a nice crunch. The beer selection was solid and service was great.

As a Dark Beer Hunter, Rio de Leche was super smooth and not overly sweet. Food: the Beer Twists (and gooey beer cheese) were a perfect 10. I enjoyed watching how much fun all the staff had with each other.
