First time going there and I was underwhelmed with the service. The cashier hardly said a word to me even after I said it was our first time. My son was so excited and it took about 15 min for his snow cone and another 10-15 min for mine. There was no one else in the shop and they had more than enough staff. Great product, but service needs a lot of work.
Absolutely love this place. Been there 3x this month since I found out about it. Lots of flavors to choose from and ice is really soft. Only complaint I had was last visit on Friday, requested for only the small orders to be flat top and got all of them flat topped and the gummy bear I requested for add ons and they only had 5 on top when the first time I ordered they were mixed in as well. Overall I would definitely be coming back!
We brought our kids here today. Everything from the decor, cleanliness, customer service and product was awesome!! We loved it and is now one of our favorite places. Family trips will definitely be to this locations ❤️

Bahama Buck's - San Antonio, S New Braunfels Ave is a very good place to get a cold treat on a very hot day. The place was super clean, and the staff were all incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. The service was excellent from start to finish. Good choices for staying cool in the summer with lots to choose from, including lots dairy free. The shaved ice received was just like the one seen on the menu. Great flavors and all different kinds as well. Customers can sit inside or out in a nice dining area inside. Join the club for goodies and points. One visitor got the cool new sonic sno and another got the Dr. Paradise, which was prepared superbly. Despite a location being very busy, the experience was an overall chill and cool vibe. It is recommended to get either the baby size or a small, and bring a Yeti cup to flip it over to get all the juices at the bottom. Restrooms could use help with cleaning.
